Samsung unveils Exynos 5250 SoC with dual 2GHz Cortex-A15 processors

Samsung today announced its latest System-on-chip (SoC), the Exynos 5250. It is the first to incorporate ARM’s new dual-core Cortex-A15 processor which promises to double the performance of the 1.5GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 SoC.
