Nevo is a French company that specializes in smart timepieces or “smarter watches” as we call them around here at EyeOnMobility. It got its start back in 2014 a successful Indiegogo campaign for the original Nevo watch. Much like similar devices like the Fossil Q Grant, it adds basic fitness tracking and notifications to what is otherwise a traditional analog watch. Nevo has now unveiled four models in its new Nevo Balade Parisienne collection.
The nevo Balade Parisienne edition is inspired by the spirit of Montmartre area, located in the heart of Paris, with its old-time charm, and twisting lanes. The new Nevo collection comes to life in four unique styles, combining the timeless beauty of analog and latest advancements in technology with the elegance of Paris’s most charming places, resulting in an exclusive, French designed smart timekeeper for passionate and active people.
Each of the four models is named after a location in the Montmartre area: Nevo Tertre, Nevo Saules, Nevo Lepic and Nevo Ravignan. Much as the original Nevo watch, all four offer basic fitness tracking (step counter, distance, calories burned), sleep monitoring, LED and vibration alerts for a incoming messages and app notifications, up to 10 alarms and the ability to remotely trigger your smartphone’s camera.
The companion app is compatible with both Android and iOS.
