Partners Martian and GUESS Watches unveiled their first smartwatches last year at CES 2015. The Guess Connect smartwatch incorporates a fully-contained Martian module to enable a range of smartwatch functions including support for voice commands. Just in time for MWC 2016, GUESS Watches today that two new styles will be added to the collection this spring.
“GUESS is always at the forefront of fashion and with these new colors and styles we are offering our customers the latest in fashion and function for the spring season,” said Cindy Livingston, President and CEO of Sequel/GUESS Watches.
The two new models join current models which are available in both 45mm and 41mm cases in a variety of colours including blue and rose gold, brown, black and gold, and rose gold and white with crystal bezel. One model will be aimed at women while the other will target men.
The new 41mm model will sport a silver and sky blue colour combination. It will feature a silver case with a bezel adorned with light blue crystals and a textured genuine leather sky blue band. The larger 45mm model will also sport a silver-coloured case but with a black bezel and black silicone strap. A red second hand will give it a “pop of color.”
The new Guess Connect smartwatch models will go on sale in April for US$379 (about CA$525). They will be available at GUESS stores and other select retailers worldwide. They will be on display before the launch at next week’s Mobile World Congress event.
