May the 4th be with you! On a day that is as close to an official Star Wars day as you can get, California-based Nixon announced that it will offer a line of Star Wars Nixon watches later this year. The company promises a line of “thoughtfully designed watches and accessories” that will “honor the legacy and the innovative ideas of forward-thinking, game-changing individuals who brought it to life.”
Details are slim at this point but four collections will be offered. Based on the Dark Side, you’ll be able to choose from the Stormtrooper, Imperial Pilot, Darth Vader and Boba Fett.
If you sign up to receive updates and alerts, you will also be entered to win a limited edition Darth Vader 51-30 watch.
Nixon expects that its first Star Wars Nixon watch will go on sale at Comic Con later this summer. Pricing was not announced.
There is no word yet on if and when collections focused on the Jedis and their allies will be released.
With Star Wars: The Force Awakens set to open in December, it looks like it will be a banner year for the franchise.
