Huawei TalkBand B2 now available in the U.S.

Huawei TalkBand B2 Huawei last week announced that the TalkBand B2, the successor to last year’s TalkBand B1, is now available in the U.S. Like is predecessor, the hybrid device works as both a fitness tracker and a Bluetooth headset.

As a fitness tracker, the Huawei TalkBand B2 combines a six-axis motion sensor and calorie-tracking technology to identify and track different activities being performed, including walking, running, cycling and hill climbing. It can also monitor your sleeping patterns and your caloric burn information. This data can then be sent to the UP Smart Coach app thanks to Huawei’s new partnership with Jawbone to also provide personalized fitness advice.

The Huawei TalkBand B2 also comes with detachable hands-free Bluetooth headset. It also integrates with Find My Phone to help you locate your lost or misplaced device and can act as remote camera trigger.
