New details have emerged about HTC’s upcoming wearable. Once expected to be a smartwatch, more recent rumours have suggested that HTC has ditched those plans in favour of a fitness band. The device is codenamed Petra and specifications, especially the narrow display, revealed today @upleaks certainly suggest that this will indeed be the case.
Rumoured HTC Petra specifications:

There is no word today from @upleaks whether the HTC Petra will integrate with Under Armour’s UA Record platform as other sources have indicated.
HTC looks set to make the Petra compatible with both Android (4.4 or higher) and iOS (7 or higher).
An announcement is expected at MWC 2015. A global launch will follow with the U.S. being the first market expected to get the HTC Petra.
