OnePlus continues to slowly reveal the 16 countries in which its upcoming OnePlus One flagship smartphone will launch. Since our last post, five additional countries have been revealed. The list of announced countries for the OnePlus One launch now stands at the following:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Canada
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Italy
- The Netherlands
- Portugal
- Spain
- Sweden
- Taiwan
- United Kingdom
- United States
Seven more countries will be revealed before the OnePlus One will be officially unveiled on April 23. Hope remains that Canada could be on that list as a single slot still remains open between Belgium and Denmark.
While no official pictures of the OnePlus One have been released, OnePlus has already revealed the key specifications of its upcoming smartphone. Among them are a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, CyanogenMOD 11S (based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat), global LTE (GSM only), 5.5-inch Full HD (1080×1920) display, 3GB of RAM, a 13MP rear camera with a Sony Exmor IMX214 6-Lens, a 5MP front camera and a non-removeable 3,100mAh. Two configurations will be available: One with 16GB of internal storage and another with 64GB.

Update (4/15/2014): Four more countries added to the list above: France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. There is still hope for Canada.
Update (4/16/2014): The United Kingdom and the U.S. now on the list as well. And now you can add Canada to the list where it will sell for under US$400 (about CA$440)!
