We first learned about the Samsung SM-W750V back in December 2013 courtesy of a shipment notification. Early signs suggested it would be a Windows Phone handset and the UAProf file that surfaced last month further confirmed this. More information has come to light today courtesy of the usually reliable @evleaks.
The SM-W750V is currently codenamed Huron. It will reportedly be launched by Verizon Wireless, a claim also made by earlier rumours. The only additional detail revealed today is that it will be reminiscent of a “late model Galaxy S.” Perhaps it will share a few similarities with the Galaxy S4.

Based on past rumours, we can expect the SM-W750V to come with a 5-inch Full HD (1080×1920) display, LTE connectivity and Bluetooth. Other specifications remain unknown at this point.
It remains to be seen if Samsung will launch the SM-W750V under the ATIV brand it has used for past Windows Phone devices. It is certainly a likely scenario at this point.
There is still no word on when Verizon Wireless and Samsung will launch the SM-W750V. Perhaps it will launch once Microsoft unveils Windows Phone 8.1. If so, we can expect a spring launch. It’s not clear also if Samsung plans to launch this handset with other carriers and markets.
