Samsung is expected to unveil its new Galaxy Tab 4 tablet lineup in the near future. The new tablets were effectively confirmed in a recent Samsung Gear Fit ad and specifications of not only the Galaxy Tab 4 (7.0) but its other siblings, the Galaxy Tab 4 (8.0) and Galaxy Tab 4 (10.1) have already been leaked. Today, the usually reliable @evleaks shared a press render of the Galaxy Tab 4 (7.0) via Twitter.
There are no new details to go with the press render today. Based on earlier leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (7.0) will not be a huge upgrade over the Galaxy Tab 3 (7.0). Two changes will be a bump up to a 1.2 quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a slightly larger 4,450mAh battery. It should also be slightly thinner.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Tab 4 (7.0) in Wi-Fi (SM-T230), 3G (SM-T231) and LTE (SM-T235) variants. Rumours of their launch have been around for some time now. A launch cannot be far ahead but there are still no specific dates to work with.
