The full specifications of the Nokia X (also known as the Nokia Normandy) leaked briefly online yesterday courtesy of a Vietnamese online retailer. They turned up again today courtesy of the usually reliable @evleaks. His tweet confirms confirm the entry-level hardware details:
Rumoured Nokia X specifications:

- Display: 4-inch WVGA (480×800)

Rather than supporting the Google Play Store, an unlikely scenario should Nokia use a forked version of Google Android, @evleaks suggests that the Nokia X will be supported by a Nokia app store as well as an unspecified third party one.

Whether the Nokia X will ever see the light of day remains of a hot topic of debate. We believe that it could well launch, either under the Nokia brand or the Microsoft one. Should it do so, it will make its way to emerging markets. It is also highly unlikely that we will see it in mature markets such as Canada.
Perhaps all will be revealed at Nokia’s MWC 2014 press event.
