Another day, another handset. While much of the attention is focused on the upcoming LG G3, a tipster today pointed us to another upcoming LG handset. We have not only the UAProf file for the LG-D213 but a few details about it as well.
Based on the information on LG’s website, the LG-D213 will come with a WVGA (480×800) display and will only come with HSPA/GPRS/EDGE data connectivity. It will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
So far, we have seen nine third-generation L Series phones: The L20, L30, L35, L40, L50, L65, L70, L80 and L90. This new LG-D213 sits between the LG L40 (LG-D160, D165, D175, D180) and the LG L50 (LG-D221, LG-D225, LG-D227, LG-D228). It might be another device of the LG L III series.
According to our source, the LG-D213 is on its way to Europe. It may launch in Poland first as early as June 2014. There is no word yet on pricing.
Thanks, tipster!
