Microsoft unveiled the Surface Pro 3 in May. Aimed primarily at those looking to replace their laptops with a convertible tablet. While the Surface Pro 3 may appear to be geared at those looking for a “serious” device, that does not mean that all the marketing needs to be serious as well. Case in point is the video put together by the OneNote Engineering Team to tout the integration between the new tablet and Microsoft’s OneNote app. They’re clearly having fun but it’s not as clear whether it is an effective way to market its new tablet.

In a way, this latest video harkens back to the very first Surface ad where more dancing took place than hyping of its new tablet.
