LG recently announced its new mid-range L SeriesIII consisting of the LG L40, L70 and L90 along with the F70 and F90. All of these devices are based on Android 4.4 KitKat. We have yet to hear whether any of these handsets will launch in the Canada. But we received what could be some good news for Canadians looking for a new mid-range device.
We have learned that a device sporting model number LG-D370 is coming to meet LG fans in Canada. According to our tipster, the LG-D370 is identified by LG internal code name: W6. It sits between the LG L70 (codename W5) and LG L90 (codename W7). Could it launch as the LG L80?
According to a UA Profile String file found on the LG website, the LG-D370 (and its D373 variant) will be a smartphone powered by Android 4.4 KitKat. It will come with a touchscreen display with a WVGA (480×800) resolution and HSPA/GPRS/EDGE connectivity.
There is no information about the launch details (availability, pricing, etc) yet.
