We told you last week that the LG G3 may not be the only LG smartphone headed to Videotron in the near future. We got a tip that the LG-D393 was also making its way to the regional carrier as the LG F60. Our tipster did not have any details about the device itself but we may now have some information about its specifications.
As with other smartphones, LG is likely to release a number of carrier and regional variants of the LG F60. Among these could be the LG-D392 which has surfaced on Zauba, India’s import tracking database. Unlike most Zauba entries, this one lists a number of specifications. Assuming that the LG-D393 and LG-D392 are indeed very similar, here is what we can expect for the LG F60 in terms of hardware:
- Processor: 1.2GHz quad-core
- Operating system: Google Android 4.4 KitKat
- Cellular connectivity: LTE
- Display: 4.5-inch WVGA (480×800)
- RAM: 1GB
- Internal storage: 4GB
- Rear-facing camera: 5MP
- Front-facing camera: VGA
So far, it looks like the LG F60 is not very different from the LG F70 which was announced earlier this year.
There is no word yet on when LG will announce the LG F60 or when Videotron will launch it. As for the LG G3, it will launch in Canada on August 1.
