The Google Nexus 5 first launched on Google Play in Canada on October 31, 2013 and quickly sold out. Fortunately it was back in stock quickly and also was soon offered by a number of Canadian carriers. You can now add another to the list as East Coast regional carrier Eastlink is now also carrying it.
Slim, light and fast, the Nexus 5 allows you to capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways. Powered by Android™ 4.4 KitKat® OS, 4G LTE data and a stunning 5” HD display, prepare, for a new experience has arrived.
Eastlink is offering the 16GB model for CA$0 with its easyTab plus or CA$504 outright. If you’re thinking of picking it up contract free, you may want to instead look at Google Plus where it sells for the wallet-friendlier price of CA$349.
Like other Canadian carriers, Eastlink is not offering the 32GB model.
