CBC releases 2014 FIFA World Cup app for Android and iOS

CBC 2014 FIFA World Cup AppThe world of mobile gadgets and wearables is going to have to share the spotlight for the next month or so here at EyeOnMobility headquarters. The World Cup kicks off on Thursday with Brazil taking on Croatia with 32 teams vying for the title. In Canada, the CBC will bring us all the action, including on our mobile devices thanks to the CBC 2014 FIFA World Cup App for both Android and iOS devices.

The CBC 2014 FIFA World Cup App will provide all that you need to stay up to date with a variety of content including up-to-the-minute game time stats and instant highlights, news and even “replays of the most exciting moments with our new multi-angle camera feature.” It will also include a choice of six live feeds per match, allowing users to select the angle from which they want to watch the game and near-live highlights covering all of the biggest plays and moments from every match.
