We were treated to our alleged first picture of the Moto X+1 a couple of days back. Unfortunately, the blurry picture failed to provide much information. In fact, it was so blurry that it could even pass for almost any upcoming smartphone of your choice. A better image has now surfaced courtesy of a Baidu poster.
The only details provided with the image is that the Moto X+1 will come with a 5.2-inch Full HD (1080×1920) display, something that can be neither confirmed nor denied from this image alone.
If this is indeed a legitimate image, it appears that the Moto X+1 will sport a different arrangement on the front for the camera, speakers and sensors.
The Moto X+1 has already made a number of appearances on the MotoMaker website, suggesting that it will be headed to all four major U.S. carriers and sell for as low as US$400. Like the Moto X, it should be customizeable with a choice of 25 different backplate options, including wooden ones and leather ones for the first time. That last may have been thrown into question with Motorola’s decision to close its Texas factory though.
The Moto X+1 is expected to launch sometime this summer.
