One app at a time sometimes, Windows Phone is catching up to Android and iOS when it comes to its app ecosystem. It may not yet have the same breadth of apps in its catalog but the top apps continue to make their way over. The latest to do so is the social network app Path.
Path is designed to bring you closer to your friends and family by allowing to you to create a deeply personal network. Limited to 150 contacts, you can then share a timeline of life moments, such as photos, videos, thoughts and check-ins, all from your mobile device.
The Windows Phone version of Path comes with some unique features such as live tile updates and lock-screen notifications. Lumia owners will also benefit from integration with Nokia’s built-in imaging tools.
Path for Windows Phone is still in beta. Inner Circle functionality is not currently available but will be by the time the final version is released. Also coming soon are additional features such as messaging, the sticker shop and additional photo filters.
Path for Windows Phone is a free download and is available from the Windows Phone Store.
