Recent rumours have suggested that the upcoming Google Nexus 9 tablet will sport a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 Denver processor. AnTuTu benchmarks obtained by TK Tech News suggest that the HTC-built tablet will indeed come with the aforementioned processor. Running at a clock speed of 2.5GHz, it scored an impressive score of 45,923, promising excellent performance from the latest Nexus tablet.
The benchmark information also confirms other details. The Google Nexus 9 will indeed come with a WQHD (2560×1440) display and Android 5.0 (none other than Android L as it is currently known). An IMEI number (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity) is also blocked off on the screenshot, again confirming that at least one variant and possibly two (models 0P82200 and 0P82300) will come with cellular connectivity.
Other anticipated specifications include an Intel MDM9x25 model on the LTE model, 4GB of RAM, GPS, NFC, an 8MP camera with Sony IMX219 sensor and a front 1.6MP camera.
The Google Nexus 9 is expected to launch sometime this fall. Just days ago, we learned that it could in fact do so by early October.
