Bell today announced a new promotion in the spirit of the Winter Olympics which kicked off today in Sochi, Russia. Bell is giving its Bell TV and Bell Mobility customers 10 free hours of Mobile TV so that they don’t miss any of the Olympic action.
Watch CBC’s coverage of Sochi 2014 right from your mobile phone with a free trial of the Bell TV app – just a little thank you for being with Bell.
This trial includes 10 hours of Mobile TV viewing with no impact to your data usage. You will be notified by text message before you reach your 10 hours. Each additional hour can be purchased for $3/hr. Mobile TV will automatically be removed at the end of the trial period.
The original tweet announcing the promotion has been deleted but the promotion page remains active. You may need to act fast, as fast as an Olympic speed skater, to take advantage of the offer!
With the Olympics having just kicked off, there’s certainly quite a few upcoming events to choose from. Don’t forget to save a bit of time for the hockey finals – which will feature Canada needless to say!
Drop us a note below to let us know which events you will be watching.

the text message i received said nothing about ten hours. it’s text was:
“Free Bell msg: Catch the Olympic action right from your phone. No impact to your data plan. Simply launch the Bell TV app to watch.” that’s all.
moreover, the app didn’t work for the first few days.
i am only finding out now that there is a ten hour limit. pretty scummy on the part of Bell.
