It is widely expected that Google will soon offer Android 4.4.3 KitKat as a maintenance release. It is unlikely to introduce any new features but should fix some bugs in the current Android 4.4.2 release. Chief among them is a camera bug that can dramatically reduce battery life on the Google Nexus 5. A new build known as KTU65 surfaced days ago but it now looks like it has been superseded by a more recent KTU72B build. According to @LlabTooFeR, this build is now being tested and will likely launch as Android 4.4.3.
Android 4.4.3 is under testing. Build number is KTU72B. Probably it will fix known camera bug.

The tweet suggests Android build KTU72B will likely come with a fix for the battery drain issue but provides no additional details as to what else could be included in the new release. There is no given timeline yet either but we hope that it will happen in the near future and that Google will not wait until Google I/O to release it – That announcement will more likely be for Android 4.5.
If nothing else, the new builds suggest that Google is on the case. Whether it is build KTU72B or a newer version remains to be seen though.
