WIND Mobile this week launched another Windows Phone device, the Windows Phone 8S by HTC. The smaller sibling to the Windows Phone 8X by HTC, it comes with a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, 4-inch WVGA (800×480) super LCD display and a 5MP camera.
