It would appear that Wind Mobile could not wait for Google and LG to formally announce the Google Nexus 5. It has gone ahead (likely accidentally) and posted a pre-registration page for the next Nexus device.
The page confirms the tag line for the Nexus 5 as well: “Google Nexus 5. The smart, new phone made to capture the moments that matter.”
That same page also lists almost complete specifications of the upcoming smartphone. There are no surprises here; it all lines up nicely with previous rumours:

There is no indication on this page of launch date and price details. At latest word, we expect a launch on October 31 or November 1.
