Motorola has been quiet for most of 2013 but that will change before the year is over. While much of the attention is on its upcoming Moto X, Verizon is also set to release a new DROID lineup of Motorola devices along with the aforementioned Moto X. The usually reliable @evleaks today shared model numbers with us:
- DROID Ultra: XT1080
- DROID MAXX: XT1080M
- DROID Mini: XT1030
- Moto X: XT1060
To clarify: DROID Ultra=XT1080, DROID MAXX=XT1080M, DROID Mini=XT1030, and Moto X=XT1060

The DROID MAXX will likely be a bigger sibling to the DROID Ultra whereas the DROID Mini will be a smaller one. It also happens that both also got their FCC certifications, revealing support for LTE bands 4 and 13, EVDO Rev. A and WCDMA on the 850/900/1900/2100MHz bands along with 802.11 ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
There is no word yet on when Motorola and Verizon will make this lineup official.
