Samsung ships mysterious SM-N7505 to Indian test center

Samsung SM-N7005 shipment notice

Mysterious new devices are popping up everywhere in the last 24 hours or so. First we caught a hint of a new LG device known only as the LG D830. It’s now Samsung’s turn. India’s Zauba shipment tracking database has once again revealed a mysterious new device headed to the company’s Indian R&D centre. Known only as the SM-N7505, it is clearly identified as being for “testing & evaluation & not for retail sale.”

Shipment details effectively confirm that the SM-N7005 is still in development. They show that Samsung is still be undecided about the screen size. One version comes with a 5.49-inch display whereas another sports a larger 5.7-inch one. The model number is also lower than the Galaxy Note 3’s SM-N900x model number, suggesting that it could sport lower specifications.

Samsung has already released phablets without S-Pen support such as the Samsung Galaxy Mega devices. This could well be the next model in that series but that remains pure conjecture at this time.

What do you think the SM-N7005 could be. Let us know below.
