We expect Samsung to unveil its first smartphone with a 5.7-inch flexible display within days. Recent rumours have suggested that it could launch as the Samsung Galaxy Round. We now have a leaked press render of what it could look like courtesy of @evleaks. He also describes it as “strictly a Korean curiosity” in a second tweet, suggesting that it will not be released outside of Samsung’s home market of South Korea.

The image confirms earlier rumours that the device will sport a display curved along the sides rather than from top to bottom as we expect LG’s device to do. It also shows a USB 3.0 port on the bottom.
It should be noted that while @evleaks mentions the model number, SM-G910S, he does not call it the Galaxy Round. Could this be a sign that Samsung will use a different name?
Another picture gives us a peek at the back. It reveals the same stitched faux-leather look as we first saw on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and confirms that the device will support LTE-Advanced.
Let us know below what you think of Samsung’s first flexible display smartphone. Will it be the next must-have smartphone?
