Samsung this week announced a new mid-range addition to its Galaxy line of smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy Express is billed as a “value-driven 4G LTE smartphone.” Essentially, Samsung is pushing former flagship smartphone characteristics like larger displays and LTE connectivity down to cheaper models.
