The Google Nexus 5 rumours are in full swing ahead of an expected announcement before the end of the month. The latest rumours suggest that while slightly more expensive than the Google Nexus 4, it will still be significantly cheaper (perhaps starting at US$349 for the 16GB model) than other higher-end smartphones when bought outright.
Despite that attractive price, rumoured specifications suggest it will not be a slouch:

- Operating system: Google Android 4.4 KitKat
- Cellular connectivity: LTE/UMTS/GSM/CDMA
- Other connectivity: GPS, dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC

- External storage: None
- Rear-facing camera: 8MP OIS
