On the heels of two leaked Apple iPhone 5S images showing up a few days ago, a new image has surfaced courtesy of Techkiddy, giving us a much better look at the camera and flash of the upcoming next-generation iPhone. It much more clearly reveals the rumoured dual-LED flash next to the camera.
Along with the image come a few new details about the iPhone 5S. The report provides the following specifications (of which many details are not new):
- Processor: 1.2GHz quad-core Apple A7
- Operating system: Apple iOS 7
- Cellular connectivity: LTE
- Display: 4-inch (1136×640/326PPI) IGZO
- RAM: 2GB
- Internal storage: Up to 128GB
- Rear-facing camera: 12MP
- Other: Fingerprint sensor, LED indicator on Home button
The Home button will reportedly come with an LED indicator that will blink when the iPhone is unlocked or when an NFC (presumably) transaction is successfully completed.
Supporting other rumours, the report indicates that the iPhone 5S will launch in September along with a cheaper variant sporting a plastic case in a number of colours.
