HTC recently that it was planning to reduce the number of devices in development to focus on a smaller number of devices that would have a longer shelf life. A leaked list of device codenames now appears to suggest otherwise. In all, 35 codenames have been revealed, suggesting that HTC could be quite busy in 2013 after all:

Interestingly, eight variants of the M7, rumoured to be HTC’s next flagship smartphone, appear on the list. It suggests that it will have a worldwide release with different models being prepared for different carriers and markets.
There are some signs that the list may not be quite up to date though. We have seen some of these codenames before. For example, the Quattro was rumoured to be an HTC tablet as far back as late 2011. Others have appeared on older codename lists that leaked. For example, the Jet first surfaced back in 2011. Others are for devices that have been released. For example, the Deluxe is none other than the HTC Butterfly and the K2 was released as the HTC One SV.
The list also has little in common with another codename list that surfaced back in November. Only the Era and Quattro appear on both.
While we may see some of these codenames again, especially with both CES and MWC just around the corner, take it with a grain of salt until we see some corroborating evidence to support it.
