Apple is expected to unveil its new iPhones next week. Whereas in the past Apple would unveil a single new model, the September 10th event will see the introduction of the iPhone 5S, an upgraded version of the current iPhone 5, and the iPhone 5C, a cheaper alternative. If you cannot wait until next week, the following video parody should give you a taste of how the event might go down.
According to Bill, CEO/WTF, “To create the new iPhone we started with a design we really loved and then… stopped.” Lorem Ipsum, Senior of Something Important Person, chimed in with, “We laid off our entire engineering staff to show how dedicated we are to this new direction.”
As for the iPhone 5C, “It’s cheap, so now everyone can afford an iPhone, even the peasants.” Ouch!
Reminiscent of the Steve Jobs keynotes, the video even has a “One more thing” moment at the end.
If nothing else, it’s worth a chuckle or two. We’ll see next week how Apple introduces its new iPhones. It’s likely not to be quite as forthright as this video though.
