The evidence continues to grow that ASUS will displace Samsung as the manufacturer for an updated Google Nexus 10 tablet. Following leaked inventory screenshots, @evleaks has posted another leaked image that indicates that again points to ASUS being the manufacturer this time around.

The image appears to be from some kind of presentation. It reveals little except for that apparent confirmation that ASUS will be behind the new Nexus 10. An image placeholder shows that no product image is yet available.
Google is expected to hold a press event on October 14. It could unveil the new 10-inch tablet there alongside the Google Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat which would likely come on both devices.
All in all, it’s not much to go on but it does appear that Samsung will not be manufacturing any Nexus devices this time around.
Is the fact that ASUS will build the next Google Nexus 10 more or less likely to get you to pick it up when it launches? Let us know below.
