Bell today began allowing customers to pre-register for updates about the upcoming BlackBerry 10 launch. Both business and personal users (or those using both) are welcome to sign up.
It looks like the pre-registration will give customers a chance to get regular updates but does not give them a chance to reserve a BlackBerry 10 device the same way Rogers is doing.
Bell is also holding a weekly draw to award a new BlackBerry 10 device to lucky winners although it does not specify whether it will be the all-touch model or the one with a QWERTY keyboard. The contest closes on January 30th, the day that RIM will unveil its new BlackBerry devices. A total of five devices (each valued at CA$700) are up for grabs.
