Canadian carriers have caught the Black Friday bug! Bell, Mobilicity and Virgin Mobile just announced via Twitter that their sales have started.
Bell is offering some “Samsung superphones at super prices” along with double the data on select plans. The devices on sale are the Galaxy Note 3 for CA$199.95, the Galaxy S4 for CA$79.95, the Galaxy S4 mini for CA$49.95 and the Galaxy Ace II x for free. These prices require a two-year contract.

Bell’s deals run from today to CyberMonday on December 2.
Mobilicity is touting its current CA$30 unlimited data, talk and text plan along with “amazing deals on handsets.” As reported earlier, you will need to visit your local Mobilicity store to take advantage of the deals as they will not be offered online.

Virgin Mobile is also running its promotion through to December 2, making a Black Friday to CyberMonday promotion. A number of smartphones have been reduced to CA$0.00 (with a two-year contract) and a number also include a CA$50 Visa Prepaid card. Among the devices on sale are the Google Nexus 5, HTC Desire and BlackBerry Q10.
