Even in Canada, the 7-inch tablet market has gotten crowded in the last year. ASUS, the company behind the Google Nexus 7 (both 2012 and 2013 editions) today announced that its MeMO Pad HD 7 is coming to Canada on August 12th. While it may not have the specifications of the Nexus 7, its CA$159 price will make it a worthwhile cheaper alternative.
