The ASUS MeMO brand is alive! As had been rumoured, ASUS, Google’s partner on the Google Nexus 7 tablet, has released its own 7-inch tablet. The ASUS MeMO Pad is clearly aimed at the budget-minded buyer with a starting price of US$149. While most of its specifications will not touch those of the Google Nexus 7, it has one that many Nexus 7 owners wish for: a microSD card slot.
