We’ve seen the Google Nexus 5 quite a few times already but here it is with both front and back revealed once more courtesy of @evleaks. There is no new information to go with the latest image.
On the specification front, we can expect a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, a 4.95-inch or 5-inch Full HD (1080×1920) IPS LCD, 2GB of RAM, a 8MP OIS rear camera, a 1.3MP front camera and a 2,300mAh battery. Onboard memory will come in two configurations: 16GB or 32GB. Based on a brief appearance on Google Play about a week ago, we expect pricing to start at US$349 (perhaps a bit higher in Canada). It could launch in both black and white (with a black front plate though).
As for a launch date, the latest rumour points to a Google Play launch on October 31 with Canadian carriers to launch it about a week later. U.S. carriers would presumably launch it around the same time.
With all these leaks, Google may not even need an event to lauch the Nexus 5.
Update (10/27/2013): And now in white:
In this latest tweet, @evleaks also mentions the date off “11/1.” An announcement date, a launch date or both?
