Among the devices confirmed already to be receiving Android 4.4 KiKat upgrades are the Google Play Editions of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One. HTC this week tweeted that it had turned over the necessary code to Google, adding that Google itself would determine when to push the update out.
Good news, we've delivered KitKat code to Google for HTC One GPE. Timing of push via PlayStore to be determined by Google.

HTC had previously announced that it expected the upgrade to be ready within 15 days of the launch of KitKat. For its part, Google has yet to make any announcement on when it will begin the rollout. Google probably will first certify it to make sure that it’s ready and then begin a staggered rollout as it typically does. Knowing Google that may not take too long!
