Android 4.3 now hitting the HTC One in Canada

Good news today for Canadian owners of the HTC One. Despite some signs that HTC would miss its “end of September” deadline, the Android 4.3 upgrade is now rolling out according to reports we have received from users on both Rogers and TELUS. The update , weighing in at a not so small 573MB, bumps the software to version 3.22.631.1 and, as expected, includes:

  • Android 4.3
  • HTC Sense 5 enhancements

Among the latter are an improved Sense 5 launcher and some new content for BlinkFeed.

As usual, you can check manually through your settings if you have not yet received your upgrade notification: Settings -> About phone -> System Updates -> Check now.
