With only two weeks to go before Research In Motion unveils its first BlackBerry 10 devices, the leaks are coming in fast and furious. In the latest, TechRadar has obtained a slidedeck that reveals the key specifications of RIM’s upcoming all-touch device (the first L-Series device perhaps to be known as the BlackBerry Z10). Here is what is revealed:
- Operating system: RIM BlackBerry 10
- Cellular connectivity: LTE (three variants) or 21Mbps HSPA+ (one variant)
- Other connectivity: GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC
- Display: 4.2-inch HD (1280×768)
- Memory: 2GB RAM
- Storage: 16GB onboard
- Rear-facing camera: 8MP with LED flash and 1080p video capture
- Front-facing camera: 2MP with 720p video capture
- Battery: 1,800mAh
Missing from these specifications is the processor powering the BlackBerry Z10. Past rumours have suggested a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (except perhaps for the London HSPA+ variant). Otherwise, they line up well for the most part with what we have seen in the past.
