ZTE yesterday unveiled its first Windows Phone device, the ZTE Tania (and may have revealed just how much it is paying for its Windows Phone licenses). Intended for the entry-level market, ZTE claims it is the cheapest 4.3-inch Windows Phone.

The ZTE Tania will be launched in the UK initially. There is no word yet on additional markets.
