More details about RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry 10 are starting to come out. Officially unveiled at BlackBerry World 2012, RIM is now giving a chance to developers to learn more about it through its BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour. At New York’s event, RIM Principle Architect Gary Klassen gave CNET a short glimpse at BlackBerry 10 running on a Dev Alpha developer device:
The demo focused on three key areas: BlackBerry’s new touchscreen keyboard and its predictive capabilities, the homescreen with its widgets, and the Flow interface that lets you peek at notifications and look back at where you came from (eg, from an email back to the inbox). We already saw most of this but another look is always a good thing.
RIM is expected to launch its first BlackBerry 10 device later this year.
