It was only a matter of time and TELUS has now announced its own 6GB data plan promotion called the “Promo Voice and Data 65 – 6GB.” Similar offers are already being offered by Rogers, Bell and Virgin Mobile (as well as probably from Koodo starting next week). The TELUS offer comes with:

- 6PM early evenings and weekends
- Unlimited Nationwide Family Calling
- Unlimited Text and Picture Messaging
- Unlimited NATIONWIDE talk and text messaging with your 10 Favourite Numbers
- Caller ID, Voice Mail 3, Call Waiting and Conference Calling
- 6GB data
The TELUS “Promo Voice and Data 65 – 6GB” costs CA$65 per month and is available until August 9th. It is offered for both activations and renewals but not as a plan change.
