The mysterious Samsung GT-I9400 has surfaced on the Nena.se benchmarking website. Given that the Samsung Galaxy S III bears model number GT-I9300, it woudl be a fair supposition that the GT-I9400 could be its successor, the Samsung Galaxy IV. But one look at the specifications revealed by the benchmark information should put that to rest.
According to the results below, the Samsung GT-I9400 will come with Android 4.2, a WVGA (800×480) display and both a a 1.2GHz processor and a Mali-400 GPU, the latter two suggesting a quad-core Exynos 4412. These specifications line up better with the rumoured Samsung Galaxy Grand than Samsung’s next-generation flagship device.
So, is this the Samsung Galaxy Grand or perhaps an early version of the Galaxy S IV? Thoughts?
