A recent test on the AnTuTu benchmark app shows some results for a device identified as the Samsung Galaxy S III. Not only does it show some impressive results (beating out the ASUS Transformer Prime tablet!) but it also reveals some specifications details.
The AnTuTu test shows a device powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core Exynos 4212 and Android 4.0. It also indicates that it comes with a 4.7-inch HD (1280×720) display, 1GB of RAM, GPS and A-GPS, a rear-facing 12MP camera and a front-facing 2MP camera. While the specifications differ somewhat from other rumours, they are not widely different perhaps with the exception of a dual-core processor rather than a four-core one. The scores suggest that we may not miss those two cores though.
Samsung will host its next Unpacked event on May 3rd. All should finally be revealed then!
