Samsung Canada today confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S III will launch in Canada on June 20th. Two models will be offered with the SGH-i747 model headed to Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, SaskTel, TELUS and Rogers Wireless and the SGH-iT999 model to be available from Vidéotron, Wind and Mobilicity.

The two Canadian variants will both ship with the 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset rather than the 1.4GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos that the international version will sport. On the flip side, both models will sport 2GB of RAM! Here are the full Canadian specifications:
