You may want to mark September 5th in your calendar. According to Chinese website WPDang, this is the date that Microsoft will unveil Windows Phone 8 to the world. First officially revealed at last month’s Windows Phone Summit, Microsoft focused the event on developer features whereas this event will focus on consumer-focused features (hinted at during the Summit event).
The announcement could be accompanied by Nokia announcing two new Lumia devices, the Lumia 910 and Lumia 920, both of which have been the topic of past rumours (along with the Lumia 950, Lumia 1001 and others). The report adds that the mysterious Juggernaut Alpha is none other than the Nokia prototype shown off during the Windows Phone Summit.
The date also coincides with Nokia World 2012 taking place in Helsinki, Finland on September 5th and 6th. Coincidence?
