The Nokia store in Helsinki is currently closed for renovations but signs in the windows are promising that “something amazing” will happen on September 7th. It could be something as simple as the store reopening on that date. Then again, Nokia World 2012 will wrap up on November 6th in Helsinki so perhaps something more amazing will happen.
A QR code in a window sends people over to NokiaGraffiti.me. The main page is down but sub-pages can still be accessed.
My Nokia Blog surmises that the store could reopen with new devices in tow. New Windows Phone or new Asha devices are both possibilities.
Let’s hope that similar signs soon start popping up at other stores, suggesting that this will be bigger than a store reopening.
