Microsoft could open its first international “Microsoft store” in Canada later this year. The Verge reports that this store would open in Toronto shortly before the holidays. It could also be joined by one other international store in an undisclosed country.
Aside from its first international stores, Microsoft is planning to open four new stores in the U.S. in the coming months. This is part of the company’s plans to open 75 new stores over the next two years.
Much like Apple stores, Microsoft stores carry a variety of Microsoft products including Windows Phone handsets.
