A number of images have surfaced of what appears to be Huawei’s first Windows Phone 8 device, the Ascend W1. To go with the images are a number of details about its specifications. First a few pictures:
In terms of specifications, it appears that the Huawei Ascend W1 will be powered a 1.2GHz processor and come with a 4-inch WVGA display, 512MB RAM, a 5MP rear camera, a 3MP front camera, and a 2,000mAh battery. It will also be available in a variety of colours, at least one of is very similar to Nokia’s own cyan shade.
There are no details on pricing or availability but Huawei has previously indicated that it wants to bring its Windows Phone 8 devices to the U.S. (and hopefully Canada) before the end of the year.
